How Come SkyFi 3 Works With Samsung S8 But Not Tab S7? (Answer: Check Settings, If It Works On One It Will Work On The Other)

I aligned my Celestron 6 SE. I could not get Sky Safari 6 Pro to recognize my Samsung Tab S7. Ss had an ip address of 10.0.0.2. and 4030 .I made sure that the tablet had that also. I did get it to work later with my Samsung S8 phone.  Would having the phone and tablet in the same area be a problem? Thanks for your help.

  Benny,

  Confirm that the settings are identical between both device.

  If you make it work with one, you can make it work with the other.

  Multiple devices in the same area is not the issue.
