Assistance needed to create personal horizon panorama in SkySafari 7 Pro IOS

I have created the png file as indicated, SS7Pro doesn't recognize it. As per instruction: If your horizon panorama doesn't appear in SkySafari's list, make sure it's in PNG format, and that its name ends with ".png". Make sure its dimensions are 2048 x 1024, and that's a 32-bit RGBA color image with an alpha (transparency) layer. If all else fails, you can email your image to Simulation Curriculum technical support, and we can try to debug it for you.

Can someone assist me in this?

    Thanks Keiron for your prompt response. I used a different png converter and it finally worked! 

    May I suggest adding the possibility that backgrounds be translucent. Would improve planning as we could see what’s coming up in our custom restricted sky.
