This has been asked for multiple times, quite a far way back . To me this is the biggest shortcoming of Sky Safari Pro. I have several observing lists which overlap (Such as Messier objects & 110 objects for light polluted skies). If I observe M31 I now have to log multiple observations (which in an of itself is a clunky process), one for each of the lists despite it technically being a single observation.
