Hi,
I am missing a simple way to create a custom horizon via a simple textfile, where you add headings in degrees and the height in degrees for the obstruction by your own horizon, e.g.:
0 10
20 50
40 20
128 5
278 10
350 50
SkySafari should now create a horizon line with these informations. No need for creating custom horizon panorama images, which is really not very easy.
This way of defining a horizon is used in several other software, like NINA, Skytools4, Stellarium and others. So you need to create this text file only once and you can use it everywhere.
To get the headings and the height in degrees you could use some smartphone app, like Geocam on Android: you can turn around 360° in your observing place and take a video, centering on the horizon line: with this you can simply create your textfile.

Or you can use simply a compass and guess the height in each direction.
Thanks,
Markus
