What Device and OS version are you running. If you join the Beta the latest is 7.0.10.4 and that issue should be resolved.

Thx for your quick answer :-)

Sorry, you are right. Here the missing info:

    • Huawei CLT-L29
    • Android 10

But: I'm a little bit confused... I'm using SS7pro 7.1.8.0. Your suggestion was to use 7.0.10.4 a former version. mhhh

I want to say yes, whenever the next normal release comes out.

I am just a Beta Tester. I am not employed by simulation curriculum.

There is an OPEN beta for SS7 in Android.

Delete the app, go to SS7 Play Store listing, scroll to the bottom, join the beta.

Or, wait for the public release - coming soon!

    Thanks Michael and Mike!

Thx for your answer, Keiron and Mike!

What is the meaning of "coming soon"? Days, weeks, months? ;-)

Sorry, I can't offer an ETA.  At least a week, maybe longer.

    @Keiron

    LOL

When I did custom Android OS the phrase always went something like "It's in Development, don't ask for ETA's. It will be announced when ready". Lol

Most folks were good about it and laughed at that....

If you're encountering frequent crashing or app not responding issue please create a screen recording of the issue with the SS7 app crashing, not responding, the error messages, etc.

In the recording include the software specs and device info.

Make sure you're running the latest beta.

Share a link to the screen recording using DropBox or similar file sharing service.

Developers are working on the issue, but it will would be helpful to see exactly what is happening on your device specifically.

    Thanks!
