Hi, my setup is as described in the title, using Skysafari 7 Pro on a Samsung Tab S5e. Everything works OK except from the Align function. In telescope mode, when the Align tab is pressed, the FOV indicator doesn't move to the object to be aligned with. Thanks for your feedback.

Align: This synchronizes the scope to coordinates of the selected object. The bullseye indicator in the sky chart shows where the telescope thinks it is pointing. If that appears incorrect, the scope and the software must be synchronized. To do this:

Physically point the scope at a real star in the sky, using SkySafari's arrow buttons or the scope control panel. Center the object in the eyepiece.

Select that same object in SkySafari to make it the current target object. Do this by tapping the object in the sky chart, or by searching for it by name.

Tap the Align button.

That's what I do, step by step, exactly as you describe it. Shouldn't the bullseye indicator move to the object in the sky chart after tapping the Align button?

- App and version. See Help > Scroll to the bottom.
- Android OS.
- Device make and model.
- Screenshots of Telescope Preset panels.
- Screen recording of what you are doing with the app so we can see the bullseye action - or lack thereof.
Developers will review your report.

Keiron Smith You don't need clear skies for a screen recording. Just do a fake align. Also, please link to your bluetooth device's product page.
