Hi I’m new to sky safari and I just downloaded the app. I also purchased the premium subscription for 27.55$ from my iPhone . For some reason the login on sky safari is weird, gave me a random username and it shows me that I don’t have the premium subscription. I cant find any way to contact sky safari to report this issue Any help will be appreciated Thank you

  Please logout out SkySafari > Settings > LiveSky

  Log back into LiveSky

  Confirm the issues persists.
