I have a LX200 GPS scope that was originally running the Meade Stella controller with the Meade Stella software. It worked great, no problems. My ipad crashed and I lost the Stella software that is no longer available on the Apple Store. So I purchased your SkySafari 7 Plus ver 7.3.1 (1103) to take the place of the old Stella software. However the software can connect to the Stella device but errors out saying the scope is not responding. I did the customary alignment before turning on the Stella device. I selected the proper scope type, Meade LX200 GPS and the Alt-Az goto selection. I can't find anything in the FAQs that I haven't done. I have tried multiple times to connect and it just errors out. What could be the problem? Please advise.

All your previously purchased iOS apps are always available for download, from the App Store. You have to visit your Account > Purchased category.
For assistance with your scope setup please provide the following:
- App and version
- iOS version
- Device make and model
- Screenshots of all Preset panels
- Screenshot of error message
- Photos of cables and connections from mount to SkyFi

2. IOS version. 17.1.1. on the Ipad gen 4 Ipad Aire. Also tried it on my Iphone 11 ver 16.7

4. Using a Meade Stella loaded with your 1.3.4 firmware. The original firmware was also 1.3.4 from Meade that didn't work either. I thought the cable may have gone NG so the cable is a new unit and I tested out all the pins and it conforms to the Meade #507 pinout.
The Stella was running great before the IOS was automatically updated a couple months or ago. After that it no longer would work and I got the same error that the scope would not respond. And yes I did a normal 2 star alignment before plugging in and turning on the Stella device. I thought upgrading to your software would solve the problem. It looks like Apple has done something to mess up the commands or signals sent to the Stella even though it connects to the Stella and I can log onto the 10.0.0.1 web page. Have you tested ver 7 with these IOS versions? I see others have the same problem even using your SkyFi unit.
