Problem with Celeste on telescope

Hi I recently bought SkySafari 7 pro for use with my celestron StarSense telescope. However it is really glitchy when it tries to locate the telescope position in the sky using the phone camera. It can almost never do so and often asks to point to a clear part of the sky, I do, and nothing. I switch back to the original StarSense app and no troubles at all, works perfectly. It seems like a problem with SkySafari and Celestron any tips?
