How To Rotate FOV Indicators WRT Skychart? (Answer: Observe Menu > Scope Display > [FOV] > Edit Indicator)

Sorry for a dummy question : I use FOV indicators to adjust instrument configuration and framing. I wonder if it is possible to rotate fov rectangles with respect to sky background?
