How To Change The Time To Show AM and PM in Starry Night Pro 8? (Answer: 24-hour Clock Is Required)

Hello,

I just received a new MacBook Pro and installed Starry Night Pro. I noticed that the date is showing what I would consider Army time, i.e. 3:00 pm would be displayed as 15:00. 

I would like to show regular time and not Army time. Is there a way I can change the time display setting?
