How To Disable The Orange Satellite Display In SkySafari 7 Pro? (Answer: Unhighlight The List - Read On!)

Hi, my SkySafari 7 Pro app displays a bunch of artificial satellites in orange text at all zoom levels. I have “Solar System > Show Satellites” turned off, but the satellites still show up even when fully zoomed out. The text is very annoying and huge. How do I turn that off?

  I even reset my settings to default with no luck. Examples of satellites that show up: “USA 99 (MILSTAR-1 1)”, “MUOS-5”, etc.

  Hi Rathi,
  The menu settings you were trying do not affect the Highlight Objects in SkyChart that are presently enabled.
  Select the List icon and then Unhighlight List to disable the orange Satellites.
