Please confirm you have read through the trouble-shooting set-up guide here:
If you can confirm everything in the troubleshooting guide has been double-checked please post the following information here.
1. Telescope mount
2. Telescope
3. Operating system
4. Ascom version
5. Any error messages
6. A summary of the issue. What happens, what doesn't happen, etc. The more detail you can provide the better.
Its important to bring the information in the forum here so that other user's with experience using a similar set-up to your own will be able to assist us if required.
