Stars light on the surface

When I "stand" on the surface of a star. I can only barely watch the surrounding universe becourse of the light from the star. Standing on our Sun and looking in a totaly Yellow colour  . I can remove Daylight on earth. Why cant I remove the Starlight so I actualy can see the surrounding Stars. I got Starry Night 7 pro. And I cant find the control to remove local starlight. Please Help.

  HI Michael,

  This has been turned into a feature request.  You are right, it is difficult to see the background stars against the halo of any star you are standing on.
