stop the time

Hi can you please tell me how can I stop the time in starrynight software?

    The time-flow controls are in the upper-right corner corner of the main window (excluding the right-side menu panel which you can hide/reveal by toggling it).  

    In Starry Night 7, you'll see a number of menus indicated by a stack of three horizontal bars (I refer to these as a "sandwhich").  The one immediately left of the time-flow controls opens to let you pick time-flow rates.

    If you click (in the main menu) "Help" -> "Users Guide" you can find the time-flow controls are documented in Chapter 6.
