  I'm running into the same issue, however when I go to upgrade to 6.4.3 on my Mac (OSX 10.9.2) I get an error:

  Error: /bin/sh: /usr/bin/gnutar: No such file or directory

  Hi Keiron,

  Your awesome support staff gave me the 6.4.3 upgrade, but my telescope is still not in the Configure list...

  Any ideas?

  Confirm the checklist:

  1. Latest Ascom platform

  2. Latest driver

  3. Latest firmware for paddle.

  4. Latest driver for USB to Serial cable.
