  Hi Mark,

  You need to consult with Orion or the distributer for your specific telescope - I also suggest consulting with the online yahoo forums - about which cable is best for you and where to purchase it. User groups sometimes offer differing opinions about which cables work best. In general, you need an rs-232 cable, with a USB to serial (RS-232) adapter which may be obtained from Radio Shack/ The Source. But, again, I advise you to consult with an online Orion Atlas user group first.
