how do i get my starry nights software to accept my registration number

i have the orion version of Starry night and it doesn't accept the registration number i received when I input it. my registration account is scottpart@yahoo.com and my version is windows 7

  I have the Starry Night Oro Plus version but when I enter the registration number, it does not work, I do not get the green check-mark that allows me to proceed? Can I get a usable registration number?
