scope not connected

IN the "status" window, it shows the "telescope is tracking the sky"  the altitude numbers are running, (not sure why) but when I try to move the scope using the arrow keys, it says "telescope not connected"

  Would you mind letting me remote your computer while you set up with Starry Night and your telescope connected?

  I did manage to connect the scope, I would be happy to allow you to remote my computer, contact me via email and we can set up a time that is best for both of us.
