Telescope attached (in RS-232 mode), but not found by S N Pro

I have a NexStar that I have controlled with this laptop and a previous/old version of Starry Night. Installed new version and with telescope plugged in and in RS232 mode, I get an ASCOM NexStar Driver message saying there doesn't seem to be a NexStar connected.

I would appreciate any help with this as the primary reason I purchased the new version of the program was to use it with the scope.

  Confirm the checklist:

  1. Latest Ascom platform

  2. Latest driver

  3. Latest firmware for paddle.

  4. Latest driver for USB to Serial cable.
