Will my Celestron Nexstar Evolution 8 work with Starry Night 7?

On Windows, Starry Night 7 will control the Evolution 8 via ASCOM Platform + ASCOM Celestron driver + rs232 cable plugged into the hand controller.

On Mac, Starry Night 7 will control the Evolution 8 via rs232 cable plugged into the hand controller. On Mac, the drivers are built in. Choose "Celeston Nexstar GPS/SE/SLT from the Scope Type options.

How do i connect via wifi instead properly? I can get it to connect using a combination of SkyQLinkPC & NexRemote. But Considering the NexRemote is not loading the correct firmware for my actual HC, i believe it's probably not fully supported. I don't see why i can use the Sky Safari Pro to connect but not from Starry Night?
