Starry Night has stopped working.

I have been using Starry Night Pro 6 since about as long as I have had my current computer, in 2009.  (I had SN5 on my last computer, but it would not install in Vista, so I shelled out $200+ for SN6.)  Yesterday, it stopped displaying the date and time (although the sky scene looked ok).  Then, later yesterday it stopped running.  When I go to start it I get a pop up windown with the message:  'An error occured.  Try again after throwing out your "Personal Bookmarks" file in the preferences folder.'   This pop up window does not identify the source of the error message, e.g., Java.

I cannot find a Personal Bookmarks file in any preferences folder.

I uninstalled and reinstalled Starry Night Pro 6, but to no avail.  Symptoms remain the same.

I next tried to open a couple of .snf files, but when I attempt this, I get a pop up file with the message 'Unable to locate Win32data.qrt file', this pop up with a banner reading "starrynight.exe".

Any ideas.

    HI James,

Are you still struggling with this issue?

    Hi Keiron,

No, I found free downloadable updates, 6.3.3 and 6.3.4 on the SN website, downloaded them and SN is working better than ever.  BTW, my Windows Vista profile got mangled shortly afterward, so I had to rebuild the entire account, so it may have been a hardware problem.
