I have Starry Night Enthusiast 6.4.3. In an old version of a star simulation program I used to have, I could turn on tracking tails that showed where the planets had been. Can this be turned on in sne 6.43 and if so, how? By trailing tail I am referring to the on screen lines that show the movements of planets where they have been as seen from earth. Sometimes it appears from earth that the planet moves backwards. This line helps you track this as you move fast through time.
