Is starrynightproplus7.exe a complete program or is it an update to previous versions?

I have a new laptop that I have not installed my Starrynight 6 Pro on yet.  Will the Starrynight 7 Pro Plus (which I just purchased and downloaded) install the complete software without a previous version present?

  Hi Charles,

   

  The V7 upgrade is a full program.  V6 is not required to be installed.
