I read that installing the Microsoft Visual C++ Package would fix this but I am still having issues. Running Windows Vista 32-bit

For Starry Night V7 - the MSVCR110.dll Error message can usually be resolved by installing the following software

32bit: VSU_4\vcredist_x64.exe
64bit: VSU_4\vcredist_x86.exe
