Help with the download

why does it take 12hrs to download?  What can you do when it doesn't?  Is there a phone number I can contact someone to help with the download?

  Please read this KB article here:

  After reading the KB article please download again.

  Quick tips:

  1. Do not use Internet Explorer for the download. Use Google Chrome or Firefox.
  2. Download from a fast internet location. If your present location is not very fast consider using wifi at a starbucks coffee shop or local library
