Why won't Starry Night install on my windows vista 32-bit?

When I try to install Starry Night Pro on my windows vista 32-bit laptop, it gives me the following error

"Cannot install Starry Nigh on the following operating systems: Windows XP, Windows Vista x86, Windows 7 x86, etc. I am running the latest service pack with all windows updates. I ave also tried installing in compatibility mode, still no luck

  Hi Sean,

  Look in Control Panel ---> System ---> what service pack does it say?

  Please go to Control Panel ---> Windows updates ---> Apply/install all essential and important updates for your operating system. 
  
  Then retry the installation. It should work.
  
  If Windows Updates says there are no updates available then please go here:
  
  http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ca/windows/service-packs-download#sptabs=vista
  
  Download and install the SP2 update for your OS.
