If you are getting a "Could not access VBScript run time for custom action" message during the program installation at the "Extracting Starry Night data files" stage AND you have previous installed McAfee AntiVirus software on your computer - please do the following:
1. Download and run the MCPR tool from:http://download.mcafee.com/products/licensed/cust_support_patches/MCPR.exe

2. Download and run the MicrosoftFixit50842 from here: http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9804433
After you ran both of these applications, you should be able to install Starry Night without problems!
Remnants of McAfee Antivirus software can cause this problem.
