HUD doesn't work properly

I just upgraded Starry Night v6 to v7.  The HUD worked fine in v6.  In v7 it picks up the planets info alright but it won't pick up most of the correct stars info I'm pointing in.  An example in Orions belt: if I put the pointer over Alnitak it shows the correct info.  If I put the pointer over Alnilam it shows info for eps Ori.  If I put the pointer over Mintaka it shows info for delta Ori.  Please help!
