Build Data File

The select menu "Build Data File" is grey out and not selectable in Starry Night Pro 7, purchased a few days ago. Am i missing something in the settings.

    The build data file is also greyed out on my installation of SN7 ver 7.1.1.304.  Manual states page 122 that it should be available
