When I open the installer the first screen I see is Preinstallation. It has a Start button but that doesn't need to be pushed. Eventually it hangs and quits on a message saying that a file is in use by another program.
I have tried installing after a boot, with nothing else running, using Administrator privileges, and ensuring Win 7 has all updates in place. I tried it with two different downloads and on two different laptops.
