Swithing Time to Military (24 Hr) Time

Hi,  I have following the instructions from the post "Can I get Starry Night to show the time using the 24-hour clock?" but it does not work on my Mac.  I have SN 7 Pro and the latest OS on my Mac.  Are there any other suggestions for this issue?  I would really like the 24 hour time to show on the top of the screen.

    Go to System Preferences ---> Language & Region ---> Time Format ---. check 24 hours.

    Look at the attached image.

    Restart SN7.

    Does that work for you?
