I am a registered user of Starry Night 6 Pro, No. lu6-fc77-7bce-9e41-1fb5. On January 7 I decided to upgrade to the new version, and it appeared that the only upgrade option was to SN 7 Pro, so I went ahead and plunked down $59.95 for the upgrade (No. pu7-fc37-7bbe-2e42-db27), assuming, perhaps naively, that the new 7 Pro incorporated the Plus features as well. But today I got an offer for upgrading to 7 Pro Plus, and I see that this additional upgrade from 7 Pro to 7 Pro Plus will cost another $89.95, but with 20% off that will come to $71.96. Now, if I do that, I will have shelled out $59.95 + $71.96 = $131.91, whereas if I had upgraded directly from 6 Pro Plus, I would have spent only $109.95 - 20% = $87.96. That's a difference of $43.95.
I don't think that's fair. Therefore would you please either: (a) refund my Jan. 7 purchase of $59.95 so that I can upgrade directly from SN 6 Pro Plus to SN 7 Pro Plus; or (b) Give me an additional $43.95 discount for upgrading from SN Pro 7 to SN 7 Pro Plus.
Thank you,
John Sigerson
