V7 - Error message: RarSFX3\setup.exe

The Error message: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\RarSFX3\setup.exe currently used by other program

The solution: disable "RapportMgmtService" for the purpose of installing SN7.

*** Or, it may be required to manually "End Task" for the RaportMngtService using TaskMngr.

Rapport Management Service seems to be a security software provided by some financial institutions.

  RapportMgmtService is stopped but SN7 still gives the message "Another program is currently using this file."
