Hi, no image is showing for the moon - just a black disk, even when the moon is supposed to be full. Have I accidentally
clicked on something that has hidden it from being displayed? Thanks. John

Hi John,
What Starry Night program, and version are you using? Please look in Help ---> About Starry Night.
Also, what OS are you using?
Thanks!
I am having the same problem - in addition, NO IMAGES of any of the planets display either.
I'm using Starry Night Pro 7.3.0
iOS X 10.7.5
Both just installed on my MacBook within the last 36 hours.
HI Margaret,
Please go into Starry Night Pro ---> Preferences ---> Shaders ---> User Advanced Hardware <--- uncheck this option; i.e. turn it off.
Does that fix it?
Thanks!
Yes, like a charm, thanks!
Your assistance is much appreciated!
An excellent result, Margaret!
At this time, some of the Starry Night high performance graphics are not supported on your graphics card, so, you'll need to keep that option unchecked.
Clear Skies!
