I have the Starry Night Deluxe 1991-1998 version (Sienna Software Inc.) CD-ROM and I cannot download it on my new PC - had a Windows XP, new one is Windows 7 and I might upgrade to Windows 10. Why can't I, but if I can, how?
If not I would like a version very similar to the Deluxe. which would that be?

Unfortunately, Starry Night Deluxe is a very old program that is not compatible with newer operating systems anymore.
