I was shipped the wrong product

I ordered a SkyWire Serial Accessory for $59.95,  but I was shipped a SkyWire Lightening Accessory. The invoice and Packing List are correct, but the cable is the wrong version. Unfortunately it will not plug into my iPad. I would like to get the version with the wide connector.
