Does SS7 Support SkyWire On iOS? (Answer: No, Not Yet)

According to update 7.1.9    "Added back support for SkyWire"

When I initially plugged it into my iphone I got a message indicating a problem, can't remember exactly what it said.

Q is,  is the skywire supported or not. I don't of anyone who has got it to work.

thanks

Steve

    Steve,

See here: Does SS7 Pro Support SkyWire? (Answer: Not Yet - But Soon!)

I will ping developers to look at this again.

    Thanks!

This is frustrating! SS7 still does not work with your own SkyWire. I am still using SS6. Thinking this is the way it will have to be. Too bad because I really liked SS7. I guess SS6 will remain superior in my book. Really frustrating!

    Richard,

Developers are actually working on SkyWire compatibility this week.  If there is no serious compatibility issue it may be fixed in the next couple of weeks.  There have been many iOS/iPadOS updates since SkyWire was first released so can't say for sure.  iOS devices now ship with USB-C ports.  We have to see what developers find.

    Thanks!

You keep saying its coming on the next update but it hasn't I suppose it will NEVER happen. I do NOT like SS7 for many reasons. It is really too bad because I wanted the new SS7 (that I had to buy AGAIN) to be a better edition. Glad I kept SS6. For the most part it has EVERTHING I need! Support from you guys is awful!
