I installed the software on a Dell desktop running Windows 11. It has a wired connection and is fast. When I click on the software icon, I get the following error message: "Planet data file could not be found. Try reinstalling from original disks." I tried "modifying" the installation, and that didn't solve the problem. I don't have disks, since I installed using a download code that came with my new telescope. How can this be fixed?
