SS 7 pro Bluetooth can't connect to Skyhub encoders

SS7 pro can't make a Bluetooth connection to Skyhub2 encoders on S24 Ultra phone. SS7 hangs on "connecting" endlessly. Bluetooth shows Skyhub 540 is paired and functioning. S24 pairs with car and sound system properly. SS6 on old Note 8 phone still works perfectly. Any ideas? Thanks for your time.
