And provide all the following info:
- SS7 and SS6 version numbers. See Help > Scroll to the bottom.
- Phone makes and models.
- OS versions.
- SS6 and SS7 scope presets - screenshots of every panel.
- Screenshot of "connecting".

cfmccaw Thanks. Sorry for the delay, tech issue at the Planetarium.
It will take a bit for me to get my act together for the screen shots etc. I'll also contact Hubble Optics and see if they have any reports of the issue. Appreciate your being so thorough with the details. -
cfmccaw Have the screen shots. Best to upload them here, or to a different address? Issue may be that in SS7 when asked to chose Bluetooth device, it bounces straight to the wifi option without displaying paired choices. Will send requested further info asap.

cfmccaw Thanks for the follow up. Just solved 2 days ago. Installed SS6 on S24 Ultra, same prob. so had to be this phone settings. Tracked it down, seems "make phone visible to other devices" and registering Sky Hub in Smart Things app solved the Bluetooth connection problem . It could have been some other setting also, I pounded through a universe of them. Thanks for your patience.
