SkySafari 6 Pro: Observing list does not yet exist on this server

Hello, all. I'm having an issue trying to email an observing list from SkySafari; I keep getting a dialog box that reads “Can not email list named ____; the list does not yet exist on this server.” And when I sync the device (an iPad 10) to my computer, none of the dozen+ lists I’ve made appear as actual files. The iPad uses them fine, but they don’t seem to be accessible any other way.

Any ideas?

    You are trying to email a list from where?

    1. Where is the list - on the web, on a hard, in a folder on the mobile device?  Be specific.
    2. What are you using to email?
    3. What steps exactly are you taking?
    4. Please attach a screenshot of the error message.

    I'm trying to use the onboard function in SkySafari (Email Observing List, under Actions) to email it to one of my unlinked devices (i.e. to myself, for importing).

    I've also searched for the list on my computer when the iPad is synced, under Sky Safari > Files. It doesn't show up there.

    Here's what I get from the iPad:

    Clarification: when the iPad is synced, I search (via computer) on the iPad's Sky Safari files.

    How about downloading the list from LiveSky.com?
