How To Configure Notifications for Night Observable Events During The Night Only? (Answer: Use Do Not Disturb Option)

Is there a setting somewhere to choose notifications for observable events only? For examples, currently I would receive notifications on Jovian moon events, including those happening during the daytime, which is not possible to observe. Maybe the app should add a function to only notify on events that are observable.

  The "Do Not Disturb" setting will turn off notification from all events, including those visible during daytime e.g. solar eclipse. But I guess that would be the only option for the time being.
