Hi,
I have Skysafari 6 Pro on a Samsung Moto G32 (Android 13) and have been experiencing two annoying issues. Here is the list:
a) Skysafary adds a grave accent on every "a" on the screen. So, a word like Mars turns into Màrs, and Fomalhaut appears as Fomàlhàut. The language of my phone’s system is Brazilian Portuguese, but Skysafari is configured to use English because of its very bad renderings of Portuguese. But even the native language of the software (English) is difficult to bear because of this issue. As an additional piece of information, I should also mention that I also have this problem with Skysafari 7 Pro installed on the same phone.
b) When I open the app, I frequently receive the following message: "Skysafari is not responding." If I click wait, the app continues to work, but the message reappears shortly after. This issue is so frequent and annoying that the app is almost useless.
It goes without saying that I have already tried the following solutions: cleared the cache, deleted the data, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and reset the phone. But the issues persist.
Can anyone help me?
