Serious error in SS7 regarding inferior conjunctions of Venus and Mercury

In SS7 inferior conjunctions of Venus and Mercury are mislabelled as “Solar Transits.” Transits of the Sun by planets are exceedingly rare. The inferior conjunctions are correctly labelled in SS6. This error is in addition to the absence of oppositions of asteroids, these phenomena are important and are no longer displayed under Visibility. That problem was reported after an update months ago and has not been addressed.

  I am using SS 7.6.1 and yes it’s is still an issue. Inferior Conjunctions of Mercury and Venus are indicated as “Solar Transits,” which is incorrect.

  There is a related problem regarding oppositions of minor planets.
