I toggle them, I go to a sky chart, there's nothing, go to the list again and it appears that it is not toggled.

This issue would randomly pop up, fixed if one goes into the toggled list (without getting to the sky chart) and downloads a dss image.
Once I 'cured it' by reverting to default scope. Another time nothing could cure it - it cured itself, sort of, although I was playing with all the possible settings.
Once it affected only the tablet. The second time it affected both phone and tablet simultaenously.
