Hello, I am from China. I buy your app sky Safari7pro at Apple app store on 2025.6.5. My iPad is low in memory,I can't use app normally.So I want to apply for a refund. I have contacted Apple twice to apply for a refund, apple wants me to contact you. I want to apply for a refund 169.00yuan. Thank you.

  Sorry, we cannot issue refunds for Apple App Store purchases - it is not within our authority.

  Only Apple can issue refunds for Apple App Store purchases.

  Please follow up with Official Apple App Store Support.
