Starry Night Pro v8 incorrectly overrides the correct time zone for viewing locations

Problem: Starry Night Pro v8 incorrectly overrides the correct time zone for viewing locations (version 8.1.0.2049 peEW)
- Some of the preset time zones in Starry Night Pro (version 8) are incorrect, but I tried to work around this problem by creating a new viewing site and entering the correct time zone.  However, when I open up the new viewing site, it automatically changes the time to the incorrect time zone. The UTC time is correct, but the local time is wrong.
Example:
In the Starry Night Pro v8 viewing location listing:
Oslo, Norway: Time zone = +1 (this is correct)
Tromso, Norway: Time zone = +3 (this is incorrect, it should be +1 for all of Norway)
So when I manually created a new viewing site (for Sortland, Norway) using lat long coordinates (68 deg 42 min N, 15 deg 25 min E),  I entered the correct time zone: +1.
However, when I selected this viewing site that I had created, the program changed to the new locations and it automatically displayed the wrong local time - it was the wrong time zone, +3, so it was off by two hours!
This is a really serious problem for any astronomy software.  If the default time zone settings are wrong, I should be able to manually create a viewing site with the correct time zone.
Please let me know if there is any workaround to fix this problem.
