I got the trial premium subscription on Android, and it say in the lifesky sttings that my account (daniel.sutter AT galez.org) is Verified and Premium. However when I go to Livesky.com, all premium features are locked away and I can't use them. Really frustrating and defeating the purpose of trying out premium. I'm also uncertain if this issue would resolve itself if I actually decided to go with premium, as it looks like a bug. Can you help me?

Ros Hartigan Thanks for your patience on this. We've enabled a premium subscription for you for a month to try it out.
To try and understand the problem, can you tell me:
- Are you trialing the monthly or annual subscription?
- Did you buy the premium subscription through Google Play?
- Is your google play email the same as your livesky account email?

Thanks for getting back to me and extending the trial to resolve the issue, I really do appreciate it!
I was trialing through Google Play, I think the yearly one. I cancelled the trial I think yesterday, so it says it will expire on Aug 22nd. I cannot undo the cancellation, I could only resubscribe there. No, my google play e-mail is not the same as the e-mail used with LiveSky. I created a LifeSky account with the same e-mail address as I use on google, but that did not resolve the issue.
I checked again and now everything works, also the download error I got when viewing a calendar item.

When the month extension lapses, if you decide to extend the subscription, you should resubscribe through the SkySafari 7 Pro app. That will be the best way to make sure that all the services link together. Just let me know if there is any problem.
