I am trying to connect to my Sky-Watcher Star Adventurer GTI using SkySafari 7 Pro, version 7.6.2, on my iPad, but when I press the telescope icon, the app immediately crashes. I'm having a lot of trouble because I can't connect to the telescope.
I also have a separate issue: the app always crashes when I try to add stars or nebulae to my observation list.
I've already tried restarting the device and reinstalling the app, but neither has fixed the problem.
I've also tried using my iPhone and MacBook, but the same crashes occur on those devices as well.
